Owen Murray, Editor-In-Chief
Owen Murray is a senior at West Seattle, in his first year with the journalism department. He's also in the band, serving as the drum major, and involved in several clubs, including debate. He works at a bookstore and as a sports journalist, covering the Seattle Sounders and Major League Soccer for Area Sports Network and Ranks FC. He read The Martian, by Andy Weir, in fourth grade and it became his favorite book (he quotes it frequently).
This semester, he's working as an editor with the Olympian, and continuing to tell the stories of West Seattle.
